How Students Can Use Beaker Chat

Students can use Beaker Chat to ask questions about campus resources, academic support, financial aid, student services and other common topics.

Beaker Chat may also offer check-ins throughout the semester. Students who choose to respond can share questions or concerns and find campus offices that may be able to help.

When a conversation indicates that a student may benefit from additional assistance, Beaker Chat can notify designated University staff so they can follow up with resources and guidance.

Connecting Students with Support

• Wellness and well-being
• Title IX-related support needs
• Violence or safety concerns
• Staying enrolled and making progress toward graduation
