How It Works

Request Access. Get started by requesting access to MARQ, the University's online design platform.
Choose a Template. Browse University-approved templates and select one that fits your project.
Customize Your Design. Update text, images and other details while maintaining University branding.
Review and Download. Proofread your work and check that your design follows University brand guidelines. Routine digital materials, such as social media graphics, can generally be downloaded and used without OCM approval.
Request Professional Printing. If your project requires professional printing, request approval through MARQ and submit an OCM Project Request Form at www.moreheadstate.edu/ocm. OCM will coordinate printing and production.

Access & Training

Access is managed by the Office of Communications & Marketing. Licenses are limited and assigned based on departmental need, anticipated usage, and available resources. Training and onboarding may be required before access is granted. Approved users receive onboarding training, customized templates and ongoing OCM support.
