What You’ll Learn in exercise science
Our Exercise Science program gives you the knowledge and hands-on skills for career success. Internships give you real-world experience and classes in exercise physiology, functional anatomy, exercise program leadership, facility design and nutrition prepare you for a variety of certifications, including the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
What You Can Do with an exercise science degree
With a science-based curriculum that includes courses in business and leadership, our Exercise Science program prepares you to work in clinical, community health and commercial fields. You’ll also be prepared for graduate study of physical and occupational therapy, athletic training, and strength and conditioning.

Research Opportunities
