Aramark

Our campus dining partner offers a variety of seasonal selections featuring local and sustainable products when available. They offer vegetarian and vegan-friendly menus. Aramark offers wellness resources for healthy eating, both within the dining areas and online. Some of their recent sustainability accomplishments include:

  •  The campus dining facilities were constructed or remodeled to enhance energy efficiency, reduce waste, and offer students a wider range of healthy eating options.
  • Aramark partners with the MSU farm to purchase beef, pork, herbs, vegetables, and flowers for campus dining and events.
  • Aramark helps MSU buy local by utilizing Kentucky Proud products when available.
  • Vending machines are equipped with VendingMiser technology to improve energy efficiency.
