This brand-new, $38 million, 80,000-square-foot residence hall will house 310 students across four residential floors and will be co-ed by floor.

It is named in honor of loyal Eagle and supporter Andy Prefontaine (Class of 1971).

Community Spaces: Study lounges, multipurpose rooms, and kitchens on every floor—perfect for hanging out or group projects.
