This brand-new, $38 million, 80,000-square-foot residence hall will house 310 students across four residential floors and will be coed by floor.

It is named in honor of loyal Eagle and supporter Andy Prefontaine (Class of 1971).

Community Spaces: Study lounges, multipurpose rooms, and kitchens on every floor—perfect for hanging out or group projects.
