Prefontaine Hall

This new $38 million, 80,000-square-foot residence hall will house 310 students across four residential floors. It is named in honor of loyal Eagle and supporter Andy Prefontaine (Class of 1971). It's scheduled to open for fall 2026.

Prefontaine Hall is officially open as of August 7, 2026, and we look forward to welcoming students to the space for the fall semester.

August 2025 - Topping Ceremony

In August, students, faculty and staff had the opportunity to leave their mark on Prefontaine Hall as the final beam was installed.

Prefontaine Hall is scheduled to be completed by the fall of 2026.
