graduating this semester?
Students planning to complete their degree this Fall or Winter term must apply for graduation. The graduation application is now available in Self-Service under “Graduation Overview.”
The application fee is required at the time of submission. The deadline for applying without penalty is Friday, October 17th.

AUTHORIZED USERS – NEW!
Students may now designate an authorized user in Self-Service to grant them access to grades, financial aid, student finance, student notifications, and tax information. Visit “Authorized Users Information” for instructions.
ATTENDANCE INFORMATION – IMPORTANT!
Attendance for financial aid purposes is taken during the first week of each summer term and the first two weeks of the fall term. Faculty are required to submit the names of all students who do not attend or participate during this timeframe. If you are marked as not attending, your schedule may be dropped. If your schedule is dropped, you will be notified via MSU email. This email will provide reinstatement instructions, along with the last day you can be reinstated into your classes.
HOW TO WITHDRAW FROM ALL CLASSES

Complete and sign the withdrawal form by the published deadline in the academic calendar. (Be sure to check the “Calendars” page for the most up-to-date information.)

Send the completed form to registrar@moreheadstate.edu.The request must be sent from your MSU email account. Please contact the Office of the Registrar if you cannot access your MSU email account.
