Kentucky Senate Joint Resolution 55: Combating Antisemitism
The University prohibits discrimination and harassment on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disabled veterans, recently separated veterans, other protected veterans, and armed forces service medal veterans, disability, or social or political viewpoint in its educational programs, services, activities, employment policies, and admission of students to any program of study. The University condemns religious and ethnic discrimination, including discriminatory acts based on antisemitism. Additionally, KRS 344.450 provides any person injured by certain acts of discrimination with a civil cause of action to enjoin further violations and to recover the actual damages sustained and the costs of the lawsuit.
